November 2010 - Yongye International formed a strategic partnership with Farmer's Daily. Established over 30 years ago, Farmer's Daily is the first and largest national newspaper in China targeted at rural residents. It is also the largest print media supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture of China. This strategic partnership represents the first time that the Farmer's Daily has partnered with a business like Yongye. The goal is to better serve Chinese farmers and further contribute to the Chinese agricultural industry.

September 2010 - Yongye International¡¯s operating subsidiary, Yongye Nongfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (¡°Yongye Nongfeng¡±), received "The Best Practice Award of Harvard Business Review" by Harvard Business Review China on September 14, 2010. Harvard Business Review is a prestigious management magazine published since 1922 by Harvard Business School Publishing, owned by the Harvard Business School. The Award is an annual award in its fourth year focused on the most successful and compelling companies in China. Other recipients of this award this year include Baidu, BMW (China), BYD, China Mobile, Lenovo, etc.

August 2010 - Yongye International announced the opening of a new production facility with a 30,000 ton per annum capacity in Wuchuan County, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.

December 2008 - On the basis of 8 years' of operational experience, Yongye Shengmingsu successfully passed the Technical Appraisal process by the Appraisal Committee jointly organized by China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agriculture University, Beijing University of Agriculture, Inner Mongolia University of Agriculture and Livestock, and Inner Mongolia University. The appraisal was initiated by the Science and Technology Commission of Inner Mongolia.

October 2008 - Yongye Nongfeng completed the construction of a new 8,000 tons per annum manufacturing facility in Hohhot which increased Yongye's total production capacity to 10,000 tons per annum in crop nutrient product.
