Mr. Zishen Wu

Mr. Wu is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Yongye International, Inc. Under his leadership, Yongye has won numerous awards, including "Top Ten Business Model in China 2009" and "Top Ten Fast Company in China 2009." Mr. Wu is a well-known business leader in the Chinese agriculture industry and frequently speaks at media and academic institutions like CCTV, Harvard University, Peking University and Tsinghua University, etc. Mr. Wu previously worked for several state-owned enterprises in China. |

Mr. Sam Yu
Chief Financial Officer

| Mr. Yu is Chief Financial Officer of Yongye International, Inc. He leads Yongye's capital markets activities and corporate finance functions. Before joining Yongye, he helped several Chinese companies acquire list on the NASDAQ and Euronext Stock Exchange. Prior to that, Mr. Yu served as general manager and manager of financial analysis at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in its Asia Pacific Fire and Security business unit and global headquarters in Chicago. Mr. Yu holds an MBA degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in international accounting from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. |

Mr. Baosheng Tong

| Mr. Tong serves as Chief Scientist of Yongye International, Inc. He has 20 years experience in the agriculture industry in China. Prior to joining Yongye, Mr. Tong was general manager of NAILIAN (Beijing) Technology Ltd. He was responsible for dairy cow breeding and milk production. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Tong worked at China Animal Husbandry Group (CAHG), which is a leading SOE in China's animal husbandry industry. During this period, Mr. Tong was involved in various important assignments to lead the operations of CAHG's subsidiaries and joint ventures. Some of his duties included the establishment and operation of cattle farms, the operation of a poultry farm and the export of agricultural products. Mr. Tong holds a master’s degree in animal nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in animal husbandry from China Agriculture University. |

Mr. Nan Xu

| Mr. Xu is Chief Operating Officer of Yongye International. Prior to joining Yongye in 2007, Mr. Nan Xu was responsible for regional sales and channel management in Liaoning province for Hanvon, a leading Chinese technology company. In 2003, Mr. Xu founded Dongfang Xinqidian, a consumer technology company. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Wu was general manager for the Northern China region of Hi-Tech Wealth. Prior to that, he was responsible for channel management in Hebei province for LG. Mr. Xu is a recipient of the "Jin Ding Award" in 2011, the top recognition in the Chinese sales and marketing profession. |
