Headquartered in Beijing, operations take place through a Cooperative Joint Venture (CJV), Yongye Nongfeng Biotechnology Company, Ltd., located in Inner Mongolia. Most of the Company's sales take place through a network of distributors and Yongye's unique branded store model.
